BizakQ is operated by Bizak & Co. This policy explains the data used to provide our buyer-request marketplace, South Florida jeweler directory, introduction service and photo-based valuation tool.
Optional analytics is off until you accept it. You can reject analytics and still use the site. Open at any time to change your choice.
Information you provide
- Accounts: your name, email address, authentication details and account activity, managed through Netlify Identity.
- Buyer requests: descriptions, category, location, budget, condition, deadline and reference photos. Approved dealers can view open requests to prepare offers. Do not include identity documents, financial account details or information you do not want participating dealers to see in a request or photo.
- Dealer applications and offers: business and contact details, website, specialty, location, proposed prices, photos, availability and terms. Offers are available to the relevant buyer and authorized administration.
- Private sale submissions: item descriptions, photos, location and asking price, used by Bizak & Co. to review your proposal.
- Directory and contact enquiries: details you send through forms or WhatsApp, including requests to claim, correct or remove a public business listing.
- AI valuation: the photo and item details you submit are sent to our server and an AI processing provider to generate an indicative estimate. Submit item photos only, without people, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Technical information
Our hosting and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver the site, authenticate users, prevent abuse and investigate errors. Necessary browser storage supports account sessions and remembers your privacy choice.
How and why information is used
We use information to operate accounts, publish requests to approved dealers, deliver offers to buyers, review dealer applications and private sale proposals, answer enquiries, arrange requested introductions, provide estimates and protect the service. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, service processing supports your requested service or steps before an agreement; security, administration and public directory maintenance rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights; legal obligations may require certain records; optional analytics relies on your consent.
Who receives information
Netlify provides hosting, forms, Identity, server functions and application storage. Google receives analytics information only when optional analytics is enabled on eligible public pages. AI valuation submissions are processed by the provider supporting that tool. Participating dealers receive open buyer briefs; buyers receive offers and dealer contact details. We may share the details necessary to arrange an introduction you request. Following a WhatsApp link takes you to a service operated by Meta/WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Other linked websites have their own policies.
Cookies and analytics choices

Accept and reject options are available together. Closing the notice without accepting does not enable analytics. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not undo information already transmitted. Analytics is disabled on the marketplace account area, administration panel and AI valuation page, even if you accepted it elsewhere on BizakQ. Our analytics configuration excludes query strings and account or form content and disables Google signals and advertising personalization.
Retention and deletion
Account and service records are retained while needed to provide the service, handle open requests, resolve disputes, protect against abuse or meet applicable obligations. Closing a marketplace request stops new offers but does not automatically erase the record. Contact us to request deletion of an account, submission or directory entry. Retention can differ by record type and provider; some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons.
International processing
BizakQ serves customers from the United States, and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those where you live. Where required, international processing is subject to applicable transfer requirements and provider arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law applicable to your request, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before handling a request. Business owners can also request correction or removal of a directory listing.
